Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how WISECP Limited Liability Company ("WISECP LLC") collects and processes personal data through wisecp.com, its connected subdomains and the customer panel, and for which purposes. Acting as data controller, WISECP LLC processes personal data within the framework described in this policy and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other applicable data protection laws; it does not share, sell or make personal data available to third parties except as described here.
Scope
This policy applies to everyone who visits wisecp.com, creates a customer account, purchases a license or service, or uses our support channels.
Data belonging to the end users of customers who install the WISECP software on their own servers is outside this scope: that data lives on the customer's infrastructure, is not accessed by WISECP LLC, and the data controller for it is the customer who owns the installation.

Where data is transferred across borders, the safeguards required by applicable data protection law, including the GDPR (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and, where required, explicit consent), are applied.
Retention Periods
Your personal data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and, in any case, for the retention periods prescribed by applicable law. After an account is closed, invoices, accounting records and data subject to legal obligations are retained for their statutory periods and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Data Security
WISECP LLC takes the necessary technical and organizational measures, including encryption, access authorization, activity logging and physical security, to prevent unlawful processing of and unauthorized access to personal data and to ensure its safekeeping. If it is learned that personal data has been obtained by unauthorized parties, the persons concerned and, where required, the competent supervisory authority are notified in accordance with the law.
